Submitting a request through our website is not a confirmed booking; a job is only confirmed after we contact you and agree to the details.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All pricing is quoted individually based on factors such as the type and size of the load, equipment required, pickup and delivery locations, distance, scheduling, and any special handling requirements. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
4. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your load, locations, and scheduling needs. If conditions change before the scheduled service, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can reassess timing, equipment, and pricing.
5. Load Preparation and Access
You are responsible for ensuring the load is ready, safely accessible, and properly described at the time of pickup. You must also ensure we have legal permission and safe access to enter pickup and delivery locations. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by unsafe, restricted, or inaccurate site conditions.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please contact us as soon as possible at 216-849-1930. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows depending on the circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
Malcolm's Transport Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not an insurer of goods transported; customers should obtain their own insurance for high-value items when appropriate.
